I cannot give enough praise to Pat Buonopane and his team for the excellent job they did of renovating our new Waterfront offices. 

Pat delivered a beautiful product, far exceeding our expectations, in record time and totally within our original budget. This job was a total gut renovation and consisted of many complexities. Just to mention a few, the basement of our space contained an oil tank and was filled with water and possible mildew and mold.

Pat identified the problems and completely remedied the situation in a cost and effective manner. Another hurtle was working within the condominium associations guidelines with limited working hours and days, and very strict rules and regulations. He achieved the demolition, total renovation and helped us install our window signage and move-in within 33 days.

I would recommend Pat Buonopane and CMD Construction without reservation for any total renovation or remodeling job.
